Countries of Residence

The Little Rental Company was founded and resides in the UK. For the time being we can only accept custom from customers based in the UK. We would love to hear from customers outside the UK to see if expanding our areas of operations to other countries is a viable business option. Please contact us to discuss further.

Hire Not Purchase
You agree and acknowledge that you are hiring the products and that ownership of the products remains with The Little Rental Company at all times. As is normal with any sort of hire, you are paying fees in advance and not in arrears (i.e. The Little Rental Company is not providing you with credit – no need for credit checks).

Subscription Fees
The subscription fee (“fee, fees") listed on the website includes the hiring fee, allowances for reasonable wear and tear, and delivery. The minimum hiring period is one calendar month.

Payment Card Authorisations
Upon subscribing, you hereby authorise us to charge your payment method for fees due. We will charge your payment method the amount of the fee immediately upon your subscription to the service with your first order.

You hereby authorise The Little Rental Company or our third-party payment processor to charge your payment method for the applicable fee on a recurring basis until cancellation.

All The Little Rental Company fees are non-refundable.

Please ensure the delivery address is accurate before ordering items through your subscription. You will be held liable for any inaccuracy in your delivery address, and the replacement of lost items at full Recommend Retail Price. Email sarah@thelittlerentalcompany.co.uk if you have any questions.

In order to suspend or cancel your subscription, you must inform The Little Rental Company as soon as possible and return all items within your bundle(s) to The Little Rental Company. You must return all items hired to you, regardless of their condition. If you fail to return an item(s), we will contact you first by email to remind you of the outstanding item(s). If you have been notified and still do not return the item(s) within 14 days, you agree that The Little Rental Company may charge your payment method the full recommended retail price of all items that are not returned. You will be charged pro-rata for late returns, hiring ends upon The Little Rental Company
receiving the returned bundle(s)/item(s).

Maintenance & Care

You agree to treat all clothing with care and return them to The Little Rental Company in the same condition in which you received them. You are obligated to maintain, wash and store the clothes in accordance with the care labels to prolong the life of them. We would prefer it if you hand dyed all items and didn't use a tumble dryer as this could shrink the clothing. We accept general wear and tear, but the extent is to Our discretion.  Please email us if you are unsure.

If you spill something on Our clothing or otherwise stain it, You are only permitted to soak the clothing and/or attempt to remove the stain provided such actions do not contravene the instructions on the care label attached to the clothing. Damage caused to item(s) while trying to remove such stains could lead to the Little Rental Company charging you the full recommended retail price of the damaged item(s).

You may not alter or transform the clothes in any way. However, You are entitled – but not obliged – to make or, at Your own expense, carry out repairs to the items of clothing, as You deem necessary for the continued use of the clothing, as a result of normal wear and tear or damage caused by You, provided that the item(s) of clothing are not modified or converted, and return the item(s) to their original condition but please contact sarah@thelittlerentalcompany.co.uk or fill in the contact us form before attempting any repair.

Loss & Damage
Reasonable wear and tear to the item(s) (including minor stains) is fully covered in your fee. If you have any items that are damaged or lost, please contact us immediately via email sarah@thelittlerentalcompany.co.uk
or fill in the contact us form so that we can work together to find a solution.

If you return an item with excessive damage exceeding reasonable wear and tear, as determined by The Little Rental Company’s sole discretion, you agree that The Little Rental Company may charge your payment method the full recommended retail price of the item. If an item is lost, and therefore not returned to The Little Rental Company, you agree that The Little Rental Company may charge your payment method the full recommended retail price of any lost item.

Cancellations & Refunds
You are free to cancel your subscription at any time. You will be entitled to a pro-rata refund from the date of receipt of the item(s) by The Little Rental Company. Before returning item(s) please ensure your pre-supplied Returns Form is included with the item(s). The form is required to allow The Little Rental Company to off-hire the item(s) on your account. The form will include a list of item(s) to be returned. If the form is not included with your returned item(s), The Little Rental Company will have no way of attributing the item(s) to your account, and you will still be charged the recurring fee. If you have lost your Returns Form, please contact us via email
sarah@thelittlerentalcompany.co.uk or fill in the contact us form for a new copy which will be emailed to you, before returning your item(s). If you return item(s) without a form, in order to stop recurring fees, you would need to report the item(s) lost, at which point The Little Rental Company will off-hire the items but charge your chosen payment method the full recommended retail price of the item(s) lost.
