HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE FOR THE BUNDLE TO ARRIVE?

We will get this to you within 5 working days or unless otherwise notified.

WHAT'S IN A BUNDLE?

Each bundle contains 21 items of organic clothes. Including 6 x Bodysuits (short / vest in the Spring / Summer months and long / short in Autumn / Winter. 4 x Sleepsuits / Day suits. 2 x Onsie /Romper again seasonal. 3 x Top / T Shirts. 3 x Bottoms / Skirts. 2 x Shorts / Dresses. 2 x Jumpers / Cardigans.

WHAT IF I AM WORRIED I WILL LOSE SOME OF THE ITEMS OR GET THEM MIXED UP WITH CLOTHES WE OWN?

Don’t worry, each bundle arrives in an organic sack for easy storage with a checking list which details all the items in the bundle. Each item is also labelled with our logo so you don't have to worry about forgetting what's what.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I CANT GET A STAIN OUT?

Accidents happen, stains happen, no worries, we can sort this! We know babies make big messes. There is no stain too tough, there is always a chemical free, natural solution to remove any stubborn stain! Just get in touch with us and remember that your subscription fee covers light wear and tear – read more about this in our Terms & Conditions. We are happy for you to send items back lightly stained to us for cleaning.

HOW DO I CLEAN THE CLOTHES?

Knowing how to care for clothes is equally as crucial for getting the most out of them. Laundry accounts for around one-quarter of the carbon footprint of clothing. Washing less frequently, using larger loads, tumble drying less and following the care label all make a difference to how long a t-shirt will last and could cut the carbon footprint by 7%

Wash the clothes in organic products if you can, we are proud to  work with The Bio-D Company who only produce environmentally friendly cleaning products. Please, always follow the care labels and do not tumble dry to extend the life of the clothing.

WHAT HAPPENS IF AN ITEM GETS DAMAGED?

HOW DO THE LITTLE RENTAL COMPANY CLEAN & CARE FOR THE CLOTHES?

We use a specialist cleaning system and use only Bio-D products to clean all our clothing. We ensure that each piece of clothing passes our strict quality control check before we send them out to the next family. We wash, and repair as required and then the clothes are good to go onto their next eco family.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN MY BABY STARTS TO OUTGROW THE CURRENT BUNDLE?

As baby starts to outgrow the clothes just drop us an email and we will get the next bundle size up sent to you.

WILL I BE WITHOUT CLOTHES WHILST I WAIT THE ARRIVAL OF THE NEXT BUNDLE?

Don't fret about returning your previous bundle until you have your replacement. We ask that this bundle is then returned to us within 5 working days, you will find a pre-paid label in your box, or if you lose it just drop us an email and we will email you a replacement. This is meant to be easy, and stress-free for you.

WHAT HAPPENS IF CLOTHING I RECEIVE IS DAMAGED WHEN I RECEIVE IT?

Our clothes all undergo a strict quality control system before we send them out to the next family, but in case we have missed something just get in touch and we will happily send you a replacement

WHAT IS THE CANCELLATION PERIOD?
